ARTICLE 1: Purpose
These “terms and conditions” are intended to provide the legal framework conditions for the provision of services for the site humansof.paris (named Site in articles below) and their use by the visitor (called User or Member in the articles below).
The terms and conditions are accepted de facto by all users wishing to access the site. They constitute the contract between the site and the user. Access to the site by the User signifies acceptance of these terms and conditions. The publisher of this website reserves the right to prohibit this site to violators of these terms and conditions.
Humansof.paris and his publisher, Nostromo, reserve the right to unilaterally modify at any time the content of these terms of use.

The publishing of the site Humansof.paris is provided by Nostromo, whose registered office is at 21 rue d’Aboukir, 75002 Paris, available by phone at 01 56 33 99 22 or by mail at nostromo [a] nostromo.com. The site is built under WordPress base with the theme Enfold.
The Publication director is Alain PUCHAUD.

ARTICLE 3: Definitions
This clause is intended to define the various essential terms of the contract:
User: Refers to any person using the site or any of the services offered by the site.
User Content: This is the data transmitted by the user within the site.
Member: User becomes a member when identified on the site.
ID, name, email and password: This is all the information needed to identify a user on the site. The username and password are used to access the services reserved to the user on the site. The password is confidential.
ARTICLE 4: Access to services
The site allows the user free access to the following services: site visits in its entirety and filing comments. The site is, therefore, available for free to any user anywhere with Internet access. All costs incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, internet, etc.) are dependent.

The trademarks, logos, signs and other site content (especially photos) are subject to protection by the Code of Intellectual Property and more specifically by copyright. This site is entirely owned by Marco Hazan, owner of the brand Humans of Paris, referenced at INPI under 14 4116107 / NT.
The User shall obtain the prior approval of the site for any reproduction, publication, copies of different content. To do so, the contact form is available.
The User agrees to use the website contents in a strictly private. Use of content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless written contractual agreement with the owner of the mark Humans of Paris.
Any content posted by the User is his sole responsibility. The User agrees not to upload content may adversely affect the interests of third parties (non-exhaustive list: Racism, comments of a sexual nature, vocabulary, images prohibited under 18, etc.) Any proceeding Justice committed by a third party against the injured site will be supported by the User.
User Content may be at any time and for any reason removed or changed by the site. The user receives no justification and notification prior to the removal or alteration of User Content.

ARTICLE 6: Personal data
The “Contact” site humansof.paris can garner personal information voluntarily submitted by the User. In no case personal data may be exchanged or sold to a person (legal or natural) third.

ARTICLE 9: Contract Changes
The website reserves the right at any time to modify the terms stipulated in this contract.
ARTICLE 10: Duration
The duration of this contract is unlimited.
The contract takes effect with respect to the User from using the service.
ARTICLE 11: Applicable law and jurisdiction
French law applies to this contract. If no amicable resolution of a dispute arising between the parties, the competent courts are in Paris.
ARTICLE 12: Publication by the User
The site allows members to post comments.
In its publications, the member undertakes to respect the rules of netiquette and rules of law.
The site has a moderation retroactively on publications and reserves the right to refuse them online or to delete them, without having to justify to the member.
The member continues to hold all of its intellectual property rights. But by publishing a publication on the site, it yields to the publishing company the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate and distribute its publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of intellectual property. The Member notably gives the right to use its publication on the Internet and mobile networks.
The publishing company is committed to include the member’s name next to each use for publication.
